I want to give a huge thank you to James. I brought my PC in after building it just before Christmas. The PC was built well; however, I had an issue with my CPU causing black screens without showing any errors in Event Viewer, so I couldn’t troubleshoot it myself. I had already done extensive troubleshooting but could not isolate the problem part, as I did not have any spare parts, and it would have meant I had to buy a whole new PC essentially. I didn’t know of any companies with good reviews until I searched for one in my area. James correctly identified the CPU as the issue, stress‑tested the PC, and returned it to me fully working. I really appreciated the time he took with it. He had booked some holiday, and their suppliers were also on holiday, so the delay made sense. Even so, James and his dad kept me updated throughout the whole process and took my many worried calls, reassuring me that everything would be fine—especially after spending over £2000 and not wanting any of the more expensive parts to be the problem, given the current shortages worldwide. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Their prices are very fair for the amount of work and care they put in.
Great service. Have used this company twice now and would happily go back to them for any repairs to PC and Laptop. Prompt, efficient, pleasant and good prices.
Took 2 weeks and £100 to replace a dying SSD with a new windows install - all data on old SSD was lost and the windows version installed was different to the one I had a license to, so I had to do a clean install of the right version myself anyway. The lads are nice and all and to be fair the guy working on it did try to recover the data unsuccessfully, but I can't recommend them for those, who can do the job themselves, but are wondering if a pro would do the job better.
Outstanding service from start to finish. Professionals and knowledgeable in what they do. A special thanks to James for his excellent work transferring my NAS build into a new case everything was handled with great care and attention to detail. Truly a first class experience.
