Devante did such an incredible job! We had to change our appointment time, and he was very communicative through the whole process. I hadn't used my car for ~6 months, and it had grown some mold inside. He thoroughly shampooed the seats, carpets, and dash -- no more mold! I really appreciated his time and attention to detail as cleaning to the level he did is above my skillset. He came prepared with everything, and paying at the end was very easy. Thank you again for a great job. Definitely worth the price.
Lee was prompt and was very thorough with my Camry! Inside was spotless and no more crumbs! Mats were super clean! Outside, including wheels, was beautiful! It looked so much like new that a friend thought I had a new car! Lee was great to work with and I highly recommend him!
Lee’s Details did a phenomenal job on our bus, especially during a crazy pollen season. My wife and I are expecting our first child and were starting to prep everything. When it came time for the car seats, we realized we were in desperate need of a cleaning. We have two beagles and one sheds A LOT. There was hair embedded in the fabric, seats, floor, everywhere. I went to a local car wash and did my best with the vacuum, but it did nothing. After searching a bit, we came across Lee’s Mobile Detailing. From the start to finish it was smooth. Booking was directly online where I was able to explore packages, dates and times. Once I booked, Devante reached out to confirm the appointment, explain the process, and see if I had any questions. The day of, I received a text when he was about 30 minutes out so I can make sure I was ready. Upon arrival, the process was again explained and it made me know my car was in good hands. Throughout the cleaning, I would get update photos sent. Upon completion, I did a full walk around of the vehicle to ensure that it was cleaned to my liking. He asked if there was anything I wanted cleaned again or touched up to ensure my satisfaction. After the inspection, final payment was made. Before leaving, I was told to expect a text or call within the next few days to again make sure that I am completely satisfied and if I noticed anything after the fact, he would come back out to finish the job at no charge. 10/10 quality of service, 10/10 customer service! Highly Recommend!
Amazing experience from Lee's Mobile Detailing. I haven't cleaned my car in like 7 years (embarrassing, I know) and had my very hairy dog in my car frequently for long rides, in addition to smoking, and spilling food. Now my car looks brand new ! Very happy with the service :) one before photo attached and 4 after.
