Kaitlin at the San Francisco Battery St. LensCrafters is a bonafide 🤩ROCK STAR🤩, give her a raise!!! She’s provided such great, prompt attentive service both in person and by phone in crafting my cool prescription Meta glasses that I came back just for her white glove service when I needed prescription lenses for another pair! I knew she would take all the time necessary for her to get the order just right and I am thrilled with the results! Thank you so much LensCrafters for my fabulous Meta glasses and for Kaitlin!
I highly recommend going to this location. I am visiting and needed to fill a prescription. I could have come and gone, but I wound up chatting with store Manger Kaitlin, and feeling comfortable and welcome. I picked out contacts and glasses, not feeling upsold, just informed with knowledgeable advice. Kaitlin took her time to thoroughly review options with my insurance and helped me select glasses I love, at a fair price.
It's so nice that they do free adjustments on your glasses at Lens Crafters. It doesn't matter if you purchased them at Lens Crafters or not. You can just walk in and you don't have to wait long at all. This is a great location in the Financial District. Addy is always so friendly and helpful. Excellent Customer Service!
My experience at LensCrafters on Battery was excellent. From the moment I walked in, the receptionists and staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone I interacted with was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to explain things clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I had everything I needed. The level of care and customer service was truly outstanding, and I left feeling very well taken care of.
