We purchased a sofa from Leon’s during the Christmas season, and it was delivered today. While the wait was a bit long, it was absolutely worth it. The two delivery guys were very nice and efficient. They removed all the outer packaging before bringing the sofa into the house, helped install the sofa legs, and then removed the remaining protective wrapping. The whole process was smooth and professional. The sofa itself is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures online. Very happy with the quality and the service overall. Definitely worth the wait!
The delivery staff assisted us with our package very gently and made a great effort to carry the old refrigerator out of my house smoothly. They were always ready to help, and whenever any issue arose, they resolved it without hesitation.
I just had my new Apex leather sectional delivered, and I’m thrilled with the product and almost everyone involved in the process. The sectional itself is incredible — three smooth recliners, four built-in phone chargers, and integrated speakers in every seat and in the base. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the design, and it really elevates the whole living-room experience. This was the delivery team’s first time setting up this brand-new model, but you would never know it. They were professional, friendly, clean, helpful, and never rushed. They took their time to make sure everything was set up correctly and that I understood how all the new features worked. That level of care is rare these days, and it genuinely made the experience stand out. The same goes for the salesperson and manager who helped me with the purchase — knowledgeable, patient, and focused on making sure I was happy. The only downside was my interaction with the GM, who came across as dismissive and speaking down to me. It wasn’t the kind of treatment I expect when making a significant purchase, and definitely not someone I would choose to deal with again. Overall, though, the rest of the team was phenomenal, and the Apex sectional itself is outstanding. I’m extremely pleased with the product and grateful for the exceptional service from nearly everyone involved.
