The cleaning service cleaned for me on Saturdays as our home isn’t open to anyone during the week because we work. I booked a cleaning 2 weeks in advance and at 6:15am the morning of the cleaning ,the owner text me to say the young lady couldn’t make it. The young lady always had done a great job cleaning. This is my issue, the owner should have enough workers and should always have a backup for every cleaning appt. This is right before Thanksgiving. I am not happy!!
Patricia cleans our home biweekly. Each time she takes care and special attention to details and addresses our wishes and needs. We have had several people over the past few years but she clearly is the best. She is always in a good mood and has a pleasant personality and a wonder demeanor. Highly recommend her to all.
I would avoid this place at all costs. I’ve used them for multiple cleans, but today was a really bad experience. The cleaner let our cat outside — and it’s important because we were loyal customers and she knew / is familiar with our cat. Accidents happen, but she didn’t say anything, and I called / texted throughout the day and got NO response from Lets Clean. Complete silence. We could’ve been out in the neighborhood looking WAY earlier than we did. Sharing this because I really hope others aren’t put in a similar situation. I will never use them again.
Maria has cleaned my house for several months. She does a monthly clean with sporadic deep cleans, and I am very pleased with the service and the price. She has great attention to detail, and the company always works with me to ask what areas of the home may need special attention before each scheduled cleaning. Maria is kind and thorough, and I love when I come home from work after she's been to the house because things are orderly, spotless, and the whole house smells amazing! I am a happy customer!!
Janelis and Bertha did an amazing job cleaning my house. They cleaned every nook and cranny. I’ve tried about four cleaning services in Richmond and Let’s Clean of Richmond is the best. Excellent pricing and immaculate work. Highly recommend!
