My experience with Jordan has been great. He is driven, professional, and very personable. He does lots of volunteer work with charities in town and is always thinking about local non-profits and how to help them continue making an impact in the community. Jordan and Liberty Tax are a no brainer for those looking for tax services in Omaha.
Angel was amazing to work with for our taxes this year! She took the time to explain and walk us through all our questions and made us feel at ease. We would highly recommend her and will be going back to her next year!
I love this Liberty Tax!! I have been getting my taxes done here for years and they are always very friendly, thorough, and quick. Jordan has helped me the last few years and he’s wonderful! Highly recommend this place!
5 STARS – Jordan & Terri Deserve Capes, Crowns, AND a Talk Show! I walked in with a chaos of my taxes crumpled W-2s, and a prayer. I walked out with my taxes cleaned up and the smug satisfaction of someone who knows she just got top-tier service without having to sell her soul to do it. Jordan? A whole vibe. Calm, cool, collected, and somehow made taxes sound like less of a nightmare and more of a win. He explained every single step without making me feel like I had to Google every third word. I didn’t even pretend to understand—I actually understood! And then there’s Terri—bless her sparkly soul. Fast, funny, and so on top of her game. Long story short? If you’re still doing your taxes alone in a corner with tears and tequila, stop. Go to Liberty Tax. Ask for Jordan and let him handle it while you sit back, sip your coffee. I’ll be back next year, and the year after that, and the one after that—until they retire or I do (whichever comes first).
Angel was absolutely fantastic! Very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and made the process 100% stress free. I cannot wait to work with her again next year because I won’t go to anyone else !
