First time going to Liberty Tax to get my taxes done and I was not disappointed. I originally was going to go to H&R Block on Secor Rd but saw the google ratings on it as well as the comments and decided to go to Liberty Tax on Laskey Rd because they had very few bad reviews. I had uploaded all my tax documents via their online portal through their website which was easy to set up and use. I then scheduled an appointment with Dave. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. He thanked me for uploading all my documents and was speedy on getting everything filled out and submitted to the IRS. He also provided me with documentation for the city taxes i'll end up owing and gave me clear directions on my next steps. Overall great atmosphere and experience. I will highly recommend my friends and family here this tax season and be a continued customer.
This is my first time coming to this location and let's just say I'll be back next year. I didn't have to wait and I was in and out less than 20 minutes 😁 Thank you Jonathon
