My experience was really good ,customer service was very helpful and kind.
Made sure to get all of their fees handled immediately but slow rolled the fact that the entire reason I came, they couldn’t do it. And made me come back and wait 45 minutes to tell me. Last time I make the mistake of trusting a business like this. Coming back to this one later because one of their filings got declined, so truly an enormous waste of time and money
These thieves never filed my taxes but took my money! Been checking my IRS portal for months and nothing! Been trying to call and show up at their location that is only supposedly open on Wednesdays but are not open 2 hours into their posted times. Been knocking and calling nonstop and are avoiding me. There’s clearly a computer on inside the building and nobody’s answering. Absolute scammers I will be reporting this location to the IRS and FTC for fraud.
