(5/5 Stars) As a Lifetime Fitness member for over 20 years who started in Austin, Texas, and has visited more than a dozen clubs across the country, I feel confident saying I know the standard this brand sets. Every Lifetime facility is outstanding—the equipment is always pristine, the pools are world-class, and the amenities are unmatched. However, the Omaha, Nebraska location truly stands out, and the differentiator is unequivocally the staff. While the facility is, of course, beautiful and impeccably maintained, it's the people who make the experience exceptional. The team here is top shelf—from the front desk associates to the maintenance crew and the trainers, every staff member is genuinely welcoming, professional, and proactive. They create an atmosphere that feels less like a gym and more like a high-end community club. The energy and positive attitude of the Omaha team elevate the entire experience. If you're looking for the very best in fitness facilities and customer service, you absolutely must check out the Lifetime Fitness in Omaha. They are a shining example of excellence!
I feel like someone I know is getting something stolen out of their lockers weekly. At this point it’s gotta be an inside job. They never even look at the cameras. Something fishy is going on here. Many other gyms to go to that would take care of you like a real person. Do better life time. Do better.
I’m looking for a gym in Omaha and although this may be a “nice” And upscale facility… They need to Take a SERIOUS look at their measures of security as things are getting stolen out of the locker room!!!!! They don’t seem to want to do anything about it. BTW this just happened earlier this week. I will definitely be looking somewhere else!!! I did not even want to put 1 🌟 On the review because I’m so disappointed!
Lifetime fitness has great equipment and is semi clean. Other than that, the staff couldn’t care less about the members regardless of age etc unless you know them personally outside of the gym. The security is horrid, multiple thefts out of locker rooms and no action is taken at all. All they ask is what is in the locker and they will open up any locker for anyone. They won’t even review the cameras. Lockers are not secure and neither are your vehicles.
Their children’s programs are horrible. They adjust the activity without informing the parents (art class becomes nothing), they completely lost my kid for a full 10 minutes - no one knew where he was, and the last straw in martial art class they had a bully threaten to punch my child in the face. When we went to the director of children’s activities (Wendy) she blew us off and told us there’s nothing they can do about it. Don’t trust them with your children.
