Been coming here for 18 months and couldn’t recommend enough, whether you’re starting out or have been training for a while. Levi, Alex and the team are really supportive and take the time to tailor and adjust your plan to suit your goals. Great atmosphere in the gym and much more flexibility around session booking compared to other PTs I’ve used!
Love using the recovery suite after a busy day/week to switch off, recharge and reset. Staff are always welcoming on arrival and the ginger shot whilst using the facilities is a nice little touch. The suite and showers are spotless. Definitely recommend..
An amazing PT gym with a real family feel. Everyone is incredibly friendly and approachable, and the trainers are highly knowledgeable, creating workouts that are genuinely tailored to each individual. It’s great for accountability and staying consistent with training. What really sets this gym apart is the strong sense of community, with events like group hikes and activities outside the gym. Highly recommend!
I have been going to Limitless for around three months now - and I absolutely love it here! I have never enjoyed the gym so the aspect of the PT sessions is what makes it for me. All of the team are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, tailoring your sessions, diet plan, recovery and goals alongside you and keeping in touch to support you and motivate you to stay on track. I love the recovery suite, everything here is so well thought out including the opportunity to get a healthy meal or protein shake after your session. I am already so much stronger and looking forward to carrying on with my fitness journey. Thank you Team Limitless!
I trained at Limitless Lifestyle Community for three months while studying in Liverpool and it quickly became more than just a gym for me. The space is modern, clean, and well equipped, everything is organized and it never feels overcrowded. From the first day you feel comfortable and welcomed. What really stands out is the atmosphere, the coaches and the community are supportive, respectful, and focused on real progress. People train seriously without ego which makes every session motivating. The coaching is professional and attentive, trainers correct technique, push you when needed, and respect your limits. Sessions are structured and purposeful. For students or anyone new to the city, this gym helps you stay disciplined, consistent, and mentally strong. I would confidently recommend Limitless Lifestyle Community to anyone looking for real results and a strong community. One of the best training experiences I had in Liverpool.
