I had a flat tire on the highway, these guys had tightened my log nuts so badly both of my wrenches broke trying to take the wheel off. Had to get the car towed to a tire shop and they broke a socket too trying to get them off. They don’t know what they’re doing neither they care about the customer here.
My girlfriend took her car here for an oil change and tire replacement, She drove it straight home (2 miles away). Once we got on the freeway the next day I thought I heard dragging every time we hit a small bump. Pulling over and checking under the car this is what I found. All clips missing and the entire right side (near where the oil filter is) was hanging. I called to inform them and they told me "we don't do oil changes here" practically argued but once I stated I had a receipt saying otherwise he just said "oh yeah...we did that" then said we could bring the car in. Manager proceeded to argue with my girlfriend saying they didn't do it. Once he finally agreed to fix it, put it on the lift, did nothing, then gave the vehicle back to my girlfriend without telling her they didn't fix it. She told me on the phone they sorted it out. I asked her to check, she found it still missing clips and dragging. She confronted the manager only to be told by the manager and mechanic that the car was hot so the clips would break if they put them in. As a mechanic I know this isn't true. I drove there after work and the manager wouldn't have it fixed for $20 worth of clips (I only asked for a partial refund of $20 so I could go buy the clips myself if they didn't fix it). Owner said they would email me footage of the car being worked on as "proof" it has now been well over a week and I have yet to see any proof emailed to me. They obviously screwed it up and wouldn't even do the bare minimum and put some clips in. I recommend avoiding this place, not only do you have a young inexperienced manager to deal with but you will have a young very well educated woman saying " wE DIdNt dO DaT" repeated while trying to talk to the manager.
These guys are super legit and I challenge anyone to find better pricing. They were the fastest and most efficient of all the people I was talking to, AND gave me the best deal. Those were the two defining factors for why I chose to go with them. The fact that Kevin was a pleasure to work with and a good hag was just a bonus!
