Don't go here for any piercings other than a simple lobe. My friend got her lip pierced and it proceeded to fall out within 12 hours because the piercer didn't tighten it well enough. She called and tried to get a refund, but the person she spoke to was very rude and claimed it was "user error" which is just bullshit. Don't waste your money here
I went in to get a side labret and when I went to clean my piercing the jewelry fell out. I’ve had piercings before, i knew how to clean and take care of them, i knew what to do and what not to do. I was very careful not to directly touch or spin the jewelry and it came out anyways… the man who pierced me ( i unfortunately didn’t get his name— a mistake on my part) didn’t even use clamps to secure the top part of my stud which i thought i was weird but i didn’t question it (another mistake on my part). There was another women in front of me who had just gotten pierced and came back a few minutes later because she was having issues with her jewelry, in hindsight that should have been a red flag but i didn’t listen to my gut. When i called them about a refund, i was flatly told no and was not given any other information until i prompted the man who answered the phone to tell me more information. Terrible customer service, accused me of “user error” despite the fact that it was in fact NOT my fault. The guy on the phone told me to come back in but i’d honestly rather eat my left foot two times over. Just an overall truly terrible experience and i lost out on 60 dollars. Do not go here, do not give these people your time or money. Go somewhere else.
I recently got a piercing from Topher! He was amazing. Knowledgeable of every question I asked and also pierced fast and professional! The spot I chose to get pierced is a sensitive area and it did hurt but it was quick lol
Lil Johns Tattoo artist, Avery is amazing. While doing my piercing, Avery was very gentle, very concerned, and caring. Avery would ask if anything was making me uncomfortable, and if so was willing to find a solution to the issue. I recommend Avery to all who are into piercings. Avery truly major in hospitality when it pertains to her clients and their needs while she provides the service. I would not have mind giving Lil John's Tattoo a four to five just off of Avery, but to the person who was training the young lady on the register. You need to go back through training, yourself! I may not have known the correct terminology for the service I was paying for, but what in the hell thinks you had the right to enhance the tone of your voice up while repeating the area I speaking with you about? The person who accompanied me was not with me while you and I were discussing what was suppose to be business, but heard you clearly across the room. Then, while paying, I asked what i felt was a retortical question about "payless" on the card reader. You act like you had some kind of issue the way you responded, and proceeded to turn your head to look at the young lady that you were training, giving her an expression as if i were incompetent of using the card reader. I am sure how you got your job. I'm not even sure how you still have it but because of how you made me feel, speaking loud about my body part, personally will do not feel comfortable recommend anyone . While doing my hest to remain calm, I got the chance to walk and observe LiL Johns Tattoo. The place looks to a laid back place , with the right energy, but that person calling herself training, but has bad customer service skillls, you are like a rotten apple . " One rotten Apples spoils it for the rest of the bunch". Lil John's Tattoo was not a bad place to visit, i even enjoy reading up on the background history of the original owner and how many people lives he touched. The expression was heartfelt. But if they don't retrain you, you're gonna be the reason why people don't like showing up, especially the way you position yourself or presents yourself to people. I may have a change of heart in the future, but right now, I am not feeling you.
Can’t say enough about how welcoming, professional, knowledgeable the staff at Little John’s was tonight. I arrived close to closing time and was worked in to get a Helix piercing. Piercing was quick, studio was clean. I was given clear instructions for how to care for my new piercing and was invited back for any additional piercing needs or jewelry changes. I will definitely be back !!! Would recommend them to anyone ! Much better than any chain storefront piercing shop! Thanks Little John’s for a great experience !
