This summer I brought my engagement ring that I hadn’t been able to wear for over five years to resize. Monika was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. Could not of had a better experience with LL Private Jewellers! I had brought a fine rose gold chain here a few years ago to repair it as it had broke. Within the same day they had effortlessly fit me in and fixed my necklace. Fast forward to this week as I no longer live in province and was visiting for a week, I reached out through email to see if they could squeeze in repairing my necklace during my trip. The communication from Monika was clear, easy, and quick. The repair completed within a couple hours. And when I was unable to pick it up myself they worked with myself and my friend to make pick up seamless. I could not be more grateful for the quality quick work and communication!
I can’t thank Monika enough for my beautiful new engagement ring! She and her team also made my original engagement ring and wedding band 8 years ago, so it felt extra special to come back. The turnaround was incredibly fast, and the result is stunning. Monika made the whole process smooth and exciting — I’m so happy with how everything turned out!
Monika was so fabulous to work with. I very last minute requested an appointment for my one day I was in town and she fit me in. She had gorgeous diamonds waiting for me the next day that I could look at. I had her make a 3 carat elongated oval ring on a simple gold band and to say it’s stunning is an understatement. I’m from out of town and Monika sent me updates throughout making my ring, and shipped it to me overnight. Absolutely no hiccups with the process. Would highly recommend Monika!
