I dropped my iPad in the bathtub (like an idiot), and immediately turned it off and dried it out for about a week. When I turned it back on, it worked fine, but I could tell there was still moisture trapped behind the screen. I took it to LML and they kindly opened the screen for me to allow it to dry out better - no charge! I called in advance, and they were very responsive and said I could come in day-of. I was leaving for a trip that night and they were very flexible. Will definitely be going to them again for any repairs I may need.

The price is very reasonable for the quality of work. As a sailor just passing through, the location is very accessible. You just need to contact them by email to confirm the parts you need, they have a very large stock, so there’s usually no need to order anything in advance. Dropped my phone in the middle of a work event and desperately needed it fixed asap. Radwan was so professional and friendly and was done in less than an hour with my Samsung s22 ultra screen replacement. Even got a cute iPad case with a strap while I was waiting since it was time to replace. Will definitely be back! And happy to be supporting a bipoc family owned business!
LML’s service is very patient, friendly and helpful, and reasonably priced. Radwan really went the extra mile in trying to solve my problem with an older Samsung phone camera, trying several options to prevent my having to replace the camera, although in the end I did have to do that. It’s great to have such a competent, trustworthy repair shop right in West Seattle for phones and laptops. Highly recommend.
