We bought a storage bed with a nice headboard and a Squishmeister Sofa back in early 2025. Firstly, they couldn't get the bed up the stairs (I personally don't think they tried very hard but we at least got the money back for the bed). The sofa seemed fine at first but is already showing signs of wear after less than a year. We were sold on the "clever" fabric being easy to wipe clean but every minor mark has been impossible to remove, even following their care instructions. The cushions are already losing feathers and the seat has now sagged to the point where my bum is basically touching the hard base of the sofa, making it not actually particularly comfortable! (For context, I am an 80 kg 6'2'' man, so not obese or anything.) Given the price we paid (over 2 grand), think we'd have been better going with DFS or something more basic as my friends that bought from there have much more comfortable sofas for a lot cheaper. Also it took FOREVER to arrive, which made the bed not fitting and having to scrabble for a replacement elsewhere (my girlfriend due to give birth about 2 weeks later!). Think it was about 4 months in the end, and they were sneaky sending an email saying "everything's on track for delivery of your bed and sofa on xx/05/25" and they'd actually pushed the date back and i only noticed when I compared earlier emails.

Quoted 9 weeks - 6 months and countless delays later - were still waiting. Complete Scam. Firstly, id like to say the sofa felt comfortable in store and we were really excited. We we're quoted 9 weeks for our delivery. We have been waiting for our sofa for 6 months at this point. Today we have been informed that it will be a further two week delay. This sofa is STILL AVALIABLE IN STORE, despite our repeat delays. We have received some compensation but after the fourth delay this stopped. We are one delivery away from cancelling our order all together, a huge disappointment. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

I visited Loaf Café in Bristol and had such a lovely experience in Bristol. The service was excellent the waitress with red hair was especially kind and attentive, really making sure everything was just right. The food was reasonably priced and tasty, and the whole place had a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit! @fabukBITES

The staff in the Bristol store were very helpful and jolly. We had an idea of what we were looking for but they assisted us with colour choices and material advice. We came away having purchased a beautiful Slumberbox Bobbing Buoy and went for the furniture protection cover, as it was very reasonable addition and gives us peace of mind for when it arrives. We can’t wait! Highly recommend the Bristol store - made our trip a very easy one today 😊

Start to finish we've had an amazing experience with loaf. The lady ordering it for us was so helpful and the delivery guys were lovely. There was great communication throughout and what a gorgeous comfy sofa!
