Lofty Property Management has managed my mother’s property for the last year. It has been great! Nick has made the process of renting my elderly mother’s home worry-free. I appreciate that he answers questions/concerns promptly and I never feel in the dark about how things are going. Given that I live in a different state, this provides an enormous sense of comfort and relief. I highly recommend this company.
Nick and his team do a great job of taking care of all aspects of our rental property. One very important aspect is vetting potential tenants with respect to their ability to make the rent and overall quality of the individuals in general. Nick takes care of the smaller tenant issues without contacting me and consults me only when there's a repair requiring a higher financial outlay. My wife and I are happy with Nick and his team.
