I recently had my carpets cleaned, and I am very happy with the service I received. After scheduling my appointment online, there was a little mix-up with timing, but the team responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. Samuel, the lead technician, reached out first thing in the morning to address my concerns. He took full responsibility and handled everything in a very professional way. The team came back to my home and re-cleaned the carpets. Now, my carpets look fresh and smell clean! Even a small issue with a door was fixed right away, showing how much they care about customer satisfaction. I recently had Logan's Carpet Cleaners come out to steam clean and sanitize my living room carpet, and I am extremely happy with how everything turned out. The whole process, from scheduling to completion, was smooth and easy. Samuel was very friendly and took the time to explain each step of the carpet cleaning process, making sure all my questions were answered. The cleaning itself was very detailed, and my carpet looks and feels almost new again. The steam cleaning got rid of all the stains, dirt, and even helped sanitize the area, which is really important for my family and our pets. Samuel also gave me some helpful tips on removing pet hair from the cat tower. after settling into my new place in san francisco, the owner came by personally to help clean my carpets. jonah did a great job making sure everything looked fresh and spotless, and the process was quick and smooth. this was my third time using logan's carpet cleaners, and each visit my carpets have come out cleaner and smelling great. i appreciated how easy it was to book an appointment and how friendly the service was. overall, i'm happy with how professional they were and how well they handled my carpet cleaning needs. definitely recommend their services for anyone in the area!
From my very first phone call, Erick and Samuel went above and beyond to make sure the carpets in my home looked their absolute best and that I was completely happy. I reached out to them after a friend recommended their carpet cleaning services. Erick explained how their cleaning process worked, gave me a clear idea of the pricing, and we set up a time for them to clean three carpeted rooms in the house I was moving out of. One of the rooms was where my older dog used to stay, and I was really worried about the pet odor and stains. I let them know I needed the carpets as spotless as possible so I could get my deposit back. Erick and his team arrived right on time, kept me updated throughout the service, and even sent progress photos while I was at work. The carpets looked great in the pictures! When I came home, the carpets were still drying, so I couldn’t fully check the results right away. The next day, I noticed the room that had the worst stains looked much better—about 50% improved—and the other rooms looked nearly brand new! There was a bit of a lingering smell from the cleaning process, likely from all the pet dander and dirt being brought up, so I messaged Erick about it. He called me right away to talk about solutions and wanted to make sure I was happy. Erick and Samuel came back out the very next day and went over all the carpets again with a different cleaning solution. When I got home after that, the difference was amazing. The carpets were fresh, clean, and the house smelled great. I really appreciate all the hard work and care they put into cleaning my carpets and making sure I was satisfied. Erick from Logan's Carpet Cleaners did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and sealing the grout on our tile floors. We hadn’t had a deep carpet cleaning in quite a while, so it really made a difference. Erick was very knowledgeable and polite, and I was impressed by the care and attention to detail during the whole process. The floors and carpets look fresh and almost brand new now.
