Working with Ian on the branding for Glitch Guild was a brilliant experience. What sets him apart is that he doesn't just make things look good; he actually thinks about the business strategy behind the design. He was incredibly transparent with his process. At one point he walked me through why he was scrapping an initial concept because it didn't feel right for our future goals. That kind of honesty gave me total confidence in him. Ian was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the initial videocall to discuss my needs through to the final products, it was obvious that Ian takes great care and pride in his work and he takes a genuine interest in his clients and ensuring they are satisfied. Ian was able to take my quite vague general direction/preferences, articulate what he thought were the key aspects we should focus on, and turn my initial vague vision into something that fits the business really well. He was very responsive and always articulated the underlying logic behind his recommendations (sharing Loom video updates which could be watched asynchronously whenever was convenient for me), and was always clear about when I could expect the next update/step. The final products are fantastic and I'm very pleased I chose Logo Geek's services.
