Lolacher's Catering, basé à Ottawa, propose des services de traiteur pour mariages, funérailles et événements, à partir du 1620 Michael St. Les clients louent des plats savoureux (poulet rôti, filet mignon, suprême de poulet, jarret d'agneau) et un menu varié au goût fait maison, ainsi qu'un personnel réactif et sympathique et un service d'hôtesse méticuleux. Une seule critique note quelques réserves concernant le personnel et la logistique, mais dans l'ensemble le service est très apprécié.

My husband and I were very impressed with the service provided by Lolacher at our wedding. We had the roast chicken and filet mignon (mostly filet) and guests kept telling us how tasty their meal was! Some guests also really enjoyed the butternut squash soup.. so much they asked for the rest until we had none left! The staff always had a smile on their face and knew how to adjust to any curveball thrown at them. They were also patient and did not make us feel rushed or pressured at all when it came to choosing our final menu and payments. I highly recommend them for any event!
I booked an Al La Carte service with them. The menu options are great and most of my guest enjoyed the food. Some of the waiting staff were rude and seem to not care where they placed the dish carriers. Cared more about what's easier for them as opposed to whether its in a walkway or next to my wedding cake. Also a few things to note before booking them: They don't walk up steps. They were quite annoyed that the kitchen was below the reception hall. The reason was " we just don't do that" They do not assist with presenting the wedding cake. They had one bad experience in the past, so as a company they just stopped altogether. They do not serve non alcoholic juice. Only water. Even though I rented glassware from them, they "just don't do that." So you'll have to budget for additional staff from somewhere else. Other than everything else went fine.
We can't express our joy at picking Lolachers for our loved one's funeral service. Elsa was super responsive and the company is quality and extremely professional. We had so many attendees ask for our caterer's name as the food and service was outstanding 👌. The hostess service is a must. Our attendees said they didn't have to hang on to finished plates long, the hotesses were on top of everything. You will not be disappointed, pick Lolachers!
We have had Lolacher’s cater many events and each and every time the food was absolutely amazing! They have a wide selection of food options that are truly made and taste homemade!! The service is impeccable and extremely welcoming! We highly recommend them for all your catering needs!
Excellent company to work with! I used Lolacher's for my wedding in December 2024 and they were amazing. We got so many compliments on the food, it was delicious! We had the chicken supreme and a custom lamb shank which were both excellent. The servers were efficient and friendly. Elsa was quick to respond to all my emails and made the experience very smooth and easy for me. Would 100% recommend and use again. :)
