Her calm, relaxed energy is contagious, and she’s genuinely so easy to get along with — the kind of person who instantly makes you feel at ease during what can be a very hectic time. I will forever recommend Charlotte to all of my friends getting married in the future. And honestly, outside of wedding season, she’s the kind of person you’d want to be friends with — thoughtful, kind, and just an all-around wonderful human. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Charlotte and her team for our wedding in August.She kindly tailored her services to exactly what we needed and swooped in to ease our anxieties. She expertly guided us through the perfect day of schedule, and her calm and steady approach made walking through the details such a breeze. Charlotte and her team understood our vision and made sure the set up and take down of all aspects of our decor were perfect. We truly don’t know how we could have pulled it off without them. We’re so grateful to have had them working with us before and on the day of our wedding. We’re the third couple in our family to have worked with Lottie Weddings, and we’ll continue to recommend Charlotte to all of our friends and family.
We had the pleasure of working with Charlotte as our wedding coordinator about 3 weeks ago, and it was some of the best money we spent on our wedding. Right from the beginning, Charlotte and her team were professional, friendly, and thorough. We had many meeting with Charlotte and Tara where they helped with any questions we had, helped put our minds at ease, and made sure we were focusing on the right things and on the right track for planning. Charlotte ran our rehearsal, which was so incredibly helpful. All our family members, bridal party, and officiant commented on her professionalism, attention to detail, and how grateful they were to have her there. On the wedding day, Charlotte and her team did all the setup and takedown of our decorations. It looked even better than we had imagined! We did not have to worry about one thing on our wedding day and got to focus fully on enjoying ourselves and being present, thanks to Charlotte and her team.
We got married on August 16, 2025 and Lottie Weddings brought our dream wedding to life. Charlotte is such a joy to work with — kind, organized and so genuinely caring. She made the whole planning process feel easy and fun. Every time we met, we left feeling excited and reassured that everything was under control. She really listened to what was important to us and made sure everything was in place for the day. When the wedding day finally came, the venue and ceremony space looked absolutely stunning. Our coordinator Martine was amazing — she handled everything so well and we were able to just relax, be present and enjoy the moment. Charlotte, Martine and the entire Lottie Weddings team are such caring, talented people. We can’t recommend them enough to anyone planning their wedding!
Charlotte and her team were nothing short of phenomenal. From our very first meeting, she made us feel completely at ease and instantly understood our vision. Every idea, dream, and wish we had for our wedding was brought to life more beautifully than we could have imagined. She was flexible, creative, and handled every curveball we threw her way with professionalism and grace. What truly set her apart was how she balanced our vision with our budget, always finding ways to make things stunning without ever making us feel limited. Many of our guests even pulled us aside during the wedding to compliment how seamless, organized, and thoughtful Charlotte was. On the day itself, we didn’t have a single worry. Every detail was accounted for, every moment flowed effortlessly, and we were able to be fully present and enjoy the celebration knowing Charlotte had everything handled. Her presence brought calm, confidence, and joy to the entire experience. We honestly cannot imagine our wedding without her. Charlotte isn’t just an incredible planner, she’s someone who truly cares, who listens, and who makes the journey as special as the day itself. We already miss our check-ins with her and will forever be grateful for the role she played in making our wedding the best day of our lives.
