You will be hard-pressed to find a better real estate agency than this. I worked with Hilda to purchase my first home and the experience couldn't have been better. Lucy Feicht's incredibly impressive acumen and a brilliant and efficient team (Sydney Tornetto, Caitlin Whyte, Brenda Redd)...what a combination!! Follow all their suggestions. My condo sale was seamless (12 days from offer to closing day) because all the stars aligned that brought together the perfect team, the perfect buyer and invaluable assistance from the outgoing HOA trustee.
