Ive been taking guitar lessons for a few months with Louder now, and it’s been a great experience. My teacher is really good at what he does, he knows how to break things down in a way that makes sense, and he’s super patient when I need extra time to get something right. The lessons are always clear and structured, but never boring. Highly recommend if you’re looking for lessons
My son has been taking drum lessons with John and absolutely loves it! In just a short time, I've already seen tremendous growth in his skills and confidence. John is encouraging and knows how to keep kids engaged while building their abilities. He looks forward to lessons every week - it's become his favorite activity! The progress he's made in such a short period is impressive. I'd highly recommend John's drum lessons to any parent looking to nurture their child's musical interests.
I have taken piano lessons from Louder Now for about six months and I have had a great experience with Juan, my instructor there. As a middle aged adult who took lessons in my youth, I assumed the lessons would take on the same boring flavor I experienced many years ago. But Juan is engaging, approaches instruction in a way that works well for me, and is constantly providing encouragement while continuing to challenge me in my piano skills. Despite the fact that I don't practice as much as I know I should, I am happy with my progress and have Juan, and Louder Now to thank.
Can't say enough good things about my boys getting their lessons with Juan. First timer 7 year old on piano and 12 year old on guitar. They learned so much with 1-on-1 learning from the keys on piano to hand structure on guitar. I can see now the confidence they have with handling their instruments. The encouragement and praise worked so well that I'm happy to say we have 2 new musicians in the family. Thank you Juan. John thanks for your communication with scheduling the trial and then lessons. That was really a huge plus when I searched for a good music class. Easy website navigation and payment set up. We hope to continue lessons for the foreseeable future. Thanks for sharing your talent for teaching music.
John is an excellent teacher! He has been teaching my 10 yo son drums this year. He is able to foster a love for the instrument and for music in general. He has broadened my son’s musical taste, always picking fun songs while also letting him choose songs that he wants to learn - often improvising a level appropriate drum part! While my son doesn’t always find enough time to practice, John is very patient and positive and my son always looks forward to his lessons, which at this beginner stage is the absolute main thing!
