TyReese was cordial and diagnosed the problem. His estimate was $500 -$600. Gross overcharge. I declined the repair. I cslled Rheem water heaters, like TyReese did. They let me know I had a labor charge warranty and I will pay nothing. TyReese fziled to mention rhis to me. You will likely see this on yelp. Thumbs down.
Trey Blake came to check out my dishwasher return valve. He was prompt, super friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed it and, without any pressure, gave me recommendations for a couple of other things that I should consider doing to improve the plumbing in my aging house. He made me feel super confident in my choice of plumbing companies!
These guys were awesome. The process started with Brian coming out to go over what we needed done. He wasn’t pushy at all, just straightforward and really good at explaining the options and what’s considered best practice. I left that conversation feeling confident the work would be done right especially since another company had tried to push a full house re-pipe, which felt unnecessary and sales-driven. Once we scheduled the job, they had a small crew out within a few days. Jared and Adam handled most of the work in two days and came back briefly the next day to finish up. Both were professional, communicative, and took the time to walk me through what they were doing and any decisions that needed to be made. Just an all-around great team. The price was very fair, and they even matched the quote from the other company. Altogether it came out to about $6,000 with a few add-ons after the fact. If I ever need plumbing work again, this is the company I’m calling. I don’t go for the cheapest option I go with the one that does it right and follows through, and Loyalty definitely did that.
Rodney and Adam showed up on time, were professional and courteous, and explained everything very thoroughly. They replaced 1 bathroom faucet and both angle stop valves for me and did a great job! I'll be honest, the price was a sticker shock for me but the reliability, professionalism, and job done right shows that you get what you pay for. I'll definitely use Loyalty Plumbing again for future plumbing needs.
It was time to replace our anode rod in our water heater so we reached out to a few plumbing companies via yelp to get quotes. Alexy responded right away and we were able to confirm an appointment! We worked with Brian who was able to assess and give us a quote right away. The quote was super reasonable and he took the time to explain what was going on with our water heater as well as our options for the future. We felt very comfortable and confident in Brian’s services that we decided to go with Loyalty Plumbing that day. Brian was able to get our anode rod replaced during that same appointment - I was pleasantly surprised I didn’t have to make an additional appointment to have him come back! Loyalty Plumbing has a membership program that you can pay into, not unlike some other competitors. What sets Loyalty Plumbing apart is that we didn’t feel pushed into signing up. It was offered of course, but not in an overly pushy way. Thank you for that! It was a pleasure working with Brian and Loyalty Plumbing! And 10,000 bonus points for their Golden Retriever mascot! Love it!
