Last night we had a line in the attic that was exposed to condensation with the AC. During this time, we had issues where the line was arcing to the point we had to call the Fire Department. During this time, we had issues cutting off the power as we do have solar with a backup battery. After a couple of hours, we managed to stop the current so that it would not catch on fire. This morning we had Earl's Plumbing and Electric come out (great people as well, but called Lubbock General Electric to assist as they specialize in solar). We called before hours and managed to have someone pick up. We explained our situation and within an hour they were at our house. Aaron worked side by side with Earl's Plumbing, and we were back up within an hour an half. My point with this review was to compliment Aaron. One, he could have easily said, it won't be till later, or we are booked, but he did not, he took the time to make this call a priority. He stayed behind after Earl's left to monitor our solar system. Went over safety features to shut down the system, as we were lost the evening of the situation. He was a genuine guy who really cares for the public. He was easy to talk to about thing. I highly recommend this company as well as Hub City Solar if you want to move into Solar.
Jon was a very helpful guy. He came out to our home on a Saturday to run down an electrical problem.We would highly recommend him and his company..
While Jon and his team were out installing solar panels on the roof, they were also able to fix up some circuit issues around my kitchen. Super fast and knowledgeable, they were able to find the problem and fix it up within the day. Made my life so much easier not having to find another electrician.
Lubbock Electrician is an excellent service company. They were quick to respond to my request for help & have very qualified electrical staff to handle any problem. John Griffing is a very honest & hard working young man & I am able to give him the highest recommendations. You can’t go wrong with these folks !
John was extremely helpful! I called and he came over right away and fixed it quickly with no problem. He did a great job and it was very affordable! John came out personally and went above and beyond. Thank you. I will be using them anytime I need electrical work!!
