Service was relatively slow, but it was also an uncommon hour. But when served the team was phenomenal. Prices are pretty high, but a colleague booked a reservation so there might be a different rate I am unaware of. Giving it 4 stars because it was a good environment and good staff, but it is pricey.
Great big fun, it was a long wait for using my Groupon, but a great discount and fun with friends
I have spent many nights at this spot, before the name changed to Luck strike. This time was okay, we stop at the bar, it was not really crowded the lady behind the bar was aware of us ,until we got the attention of another guy that told her we needed service. Then she finally came to take our order, conveniently we order cauliflower off the menu and some other things. When we finally got the order, the waiter says oh we don't have cauliflower, its not offered any longer, but it was printing on the menu. Our drinks were decent they were a little weak a they were supposed to be made with Grand Cormino by Kevin Hart. Then when we're bowling, there was a server behind our alley cleaning some dishes from I'm assuming from previous guest. I ask him if he could get us a pitcher of water he said sure ,and he never brought it,then my niece ask him and he said he wasn't serving this area. I get that he may have been doing something else, all it would have took is for him to have communicated that he was not assigned to serving that alley, or even offer some information on how we could have gotten some help, for the getting the water. I just feel like all the improvements that has been made for families to come visit and spend their hard earned money, the service could be much better! I was disappointed in that part of the experience. Hopefully this is something that changes, this Westchester location use to be Premium. . Now you made this a family spot with games for all ages, this establishment need to step up their game ,and get the customer experience right!
Such a great atmosphere! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Brian at the front desk check in was awesome. Food was surprisingly good (I don’t usually have high expectations for a bowling alley). Arcade was a blast too. Parking was easy 10/10 would recommend you add this place to your rotation for fun events with friends and family.
It's a great place to bowl! There are good food options, drinks and an arcade as well. I was impressed!
