HUGE shoutout to Amy and Eric at Lucky Strike! They helped us resolve a major headache caused by an outside vendor. They handled our dilemma with professionalism, grace, and great customer care. My daughter and I were happy with how things turned out. Special shout out to Amy who took the lead in it all and Eric for escalating the matter. Exceptional service, 5 stars!
This is a really great place to spend time with the kiddios and grandkiddios. The bowling was fun (I came in 4th) out of all of us (4) lol. Then, we played pool. The food and drink was top notch and the service was very prompt and professional. Just a great time all the way around for everybody. Would definitely recommend.
We went for a work party - 9 of us and had a BLAST! Every aspect of the service they provided us was top notch. We interacted with everyone who worked there. Thank you for a great experience!!!
This is the best bowling alley I have ever been to! I booked a lane online for 4 people. Apon arriving we had a table with my name on it that came with a waitress. This location has pool tables, an arcade, and several lanes to go bowling. The food was amazing, I recommend the smash burger. The drinks are good. I had many of the southern charms, the establishment was very clean and equipment was well cared for........ But the waitress made the whole experience! She was funny, made sure our drinks stayed full, came back multiple times to make sure we were doing ok and overall the best waitress I think I have ever had! It's been a week since going and my coworkers are still ranting on about the quality of service. If you get the chance to go I would ask for Katelynn K every time!!! Tuesday nights are league nights. We went to go return to the western branch on Tuesday and could not get a lane so we tried the one on medical Ave thinking it would be as great of an experience as this one but sadly it was nowhere near the great experience we had at western branch.
10/10 recommend. Though it’s a bit pricey, expect to pay about $200 for 2 hours for a family of 4 to bowl, one pizza, cheese fries, 4 bar drinks and 3 juices. This doesn’t include the arcade. We were lucky enough to have the grandparents come by and they took the kids to the arcade side while my husband and I used up every last minute of the bowling lane 😂 I’m not sure how much they spent in the arcade card. Overall, 10/10! Food was good. Service was great. The facility itself was nice and we had a blast.
