Lucy was AMAZING!! I learned so much about blood sugar that I didn’t know and how to create a balanced plate of fiber, complex carbs, protein and fat. I have endometriosis and struggle with bloating, gas, acid reflux, weight gain, binge eating and all that fun stuff. It’s only been one appointment and I already feel so motivated to get my gut health better. Lucy made me feel heard, understood, and empowered to make these goals a reality.
