Super happy with my floral purchase and delivery! I ordered a bouquet for a friend who had recently suffered a loss. I ordered online and asked for delivery the next day. The online process was so easy, and the delivery and service were excellent. The arrangement looked even better in person than what I had chosen using the photograph for reference. My friend loved the flowers and commented how beautiful they were. Would definitely use Lucy's again!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! We will never use this florist again! We placed an order for an arrangement for my mom’s 75th birthday. We were visiting from Southern California, and called the florist on 7/26 to place an order. We provided our credit card information for a charge of $95.66. We were promised that the flowers would be ready on 7/27 at 3:30 pm for pickup. We arrived at that time and was met with the RUDEST woman named Maria. They had NO RECORD of our order, and insinuated that we never placed it. I then pulled up my credit card information and showed her that there was a charge of $95.66 from LUCYS FLORAL. She then proceeded to take another 30 minutes “looking for proof” with a rude nasty attitude! She never even apologized for making the mistake!! Additionally, once we got in the car, we noticed the flowers were already aging and were sitting in a plastic holder instead of a vase. Not only were we late to my mom’s 75th but the flowers were trash!! Maria was the worst!! Never again!!!
If only I could give this business 10 stars. In our time of grief, they surpassed everything we wanted for our loved one. The flowers were fresh and ready for pick up as expected. I cannot thank Lucy’s Floral enough; because of their amazing work we were able to send off in the most beautiful way. Attached are pictures, be the judge yourself. Beautiful is an understatement 💗 I will be a returning customer with no doubt. Thank you again 🙏🏼
Lucy’s just gained a new client for all my floral needs! The flowers were better than I expected and everything was fresh and beautiful!! Very reasonably priced and the staff was friendly and worked with me to make sure things went to the right place at the right time!! Thank you so much for everything!!
