Got my hair cut here for the first time and had an amazing experience! I highly recommend Ana Nava, she cut my hair and took a lot of time to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Even after all of the other stylists had left Ana did not rush and made sure that I was happy with my haircut. The prices are great for the services, and it makes getting your hair cut feel like a luxury experience. I will definitely be coming back!
If it was for the haircut itself, I would have been ranting here. I give the Salon 4 stars for how gracefully they dealt with me being unsatisfied with my haircut. I have curly Middle Eastern hair, which has been very tricky in Utah. The Junior hairstylist didn’t realize that she is messing it up until it was too late. The master hairstylist fixed my hair well and she was so nice to me while I was literally crying on the chair. They offered me multiple resolutions that were very satisfactory, and I appreciate them dealing with a common mistake very well. What I would recommend, is asking client about their hair type, and making sure that the hairstylist is comfortable cutting and styling it. My hair tends to take more time to blow dry due to my curly roots, and I have seen multiple hairstylists in Utah get really confused when they start blow drying it. Perfectly understandable. It just really difficult to sit on a chair and feel like your hair is too much of a mess to be styled nicely, so I appreciate the master being so nice and very professional with how she fixed my hair.
Kylie did such a great job with my hair! I bought great products :) everyone here is so nice. It’s such a vibe. Can’t wait to come again. Def worth the money.
Hands down one of my favorite salon experiences I’ve had in years! From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was thoughtfully designed and super well kept. The salon was clean, stylish, and totally welcoming. One detail I really loved was the separate shampoo room, such a relaxing and personal touch. There were fresh flowers, a beautiful layout, and the overall atmosphere made me feel instantly comfortable and happy to be there. I had the pleasure of seeing Audrey, and let me just say… she’s an absolute superstar! She truly listened to what I wanted, made me feel heard, and gave me a haircut that made me feel amazing. We had great rapport and even talked about doing color next time (which I’m already excited for!). She took incredible care of me from start to finish. No matter what treatment you’re going in for, you’ll leave this salon feeling refreshed, beautiful, and uplifted. I cannot recommend it enough. If you’re thinking about booking, DO IT. You’ll love it here. 💇♀️✨
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lunatic Fringe and receiving a full color and haircut from Miss Avery Ellis. I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience and highly recommend her to others. From the moment I walked in, Avery was incredibly personable and made me feel welcome. She took the time to listen to my hair concerns and preferences, ensuring that she understood exactly what I was looking for. It was clear that she genuinely cared about helping me achieve the best possible result while improving and maintaining my hair health and staying within my budget. We all know we love that shampoo massage and LET ME TELL YOU, Avery provided the most relaxing head massage during the shampooing process. It was the perfect touch to make my visit even more enjoyable and indulgent. If you’re looking to get stopped on the street asking where you got your hair so blonde she is the one to go to. I’m a full time flight attendant and am sending people her way CONSTANTLY! Overall, I cannot recommend Avery Ellis and Lunatic Fringe enough. Her skills as a stylist, coupled with her personable nature and caring demeanor, make for an exceptional salon experience. Whether you are looking for a quick trim or a complete color transformation, Avery is the stylist to trust.
