What a gorgeous sanctuary in the city centre! The fresh facial was incredible - all the products were explained really well and the team made me feel super welcome and comfortable. Felt like a different person after just 30mins. Thank you! 🙏
Fantastic first experience! I visited the Lush Spa in Cardiff on Tuesday 6th January and had the Tailor Made 30 minute massage. I had my treatment with Liz who was absolutely amazing. From start to finish I received excellent service. Liz made everything so fun and welcoming as well as very relaxing. We first went through the various products I could use for my treatment and then discussed about the massage and any particular areas of focus. Entering the massage room was such an immersive experience with the ambience, music, and scents. There was even scented steam coming from under the bed! Liz provided a superb massage and trigger therapy that really helped relieve my aches and pains from exercise and daily life. After my massage I was welcomed with free refreshments and a little goodie bag. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. I would highly recommend the spa at Lush Cardiff and can’t thank Liz enough. I look forward to returning soon :)
Back when I lived in London, I was always shopping at Lush. Now that I’m in Cardiff, I was so happy to see they have a store here too, so I popped in today. Sarrah, the absolute sweetest kindest soul ever gave me a freebie, which has never happened to me before, not even in London when I was spending hundreds! Thank you, my love. Your kindness genuinely made my day and felt like such a special little gift. Sorry if I’ve misspelled your name. I’ll definitely be back for more of those glitters 😇✨
First time going to the Lush spa today for our “good hour” treatment. The therapists Sophie and Jay were extremely welcoming and catered to needs perfectly whilst maintaining dignity and providing the best experience. All I can say is thank you! Even had a complimentary bath bomb at the end to remind me of our day🌊🏴☠️
Today i had the Rewilding Facial with Liz and it was incredible. I was a little early to my appointment but i was made welcome and go to sit down and relax before the consultation. I felt instantly at home! Lovely music, lovely smells and lovely service. Liz is fab at her job. Knowledgable and kind. The treatment felt amazing and I left feeling so much brighter after a bad start to my day. Even left with a kindness goody bag! Very happy. Thank you Cardiff Lush Team.
