Absolutely love Lustre and their team. Regardless of your budget they create a warm and welcoming space. Their quality is exceptional- and evident in every single piece. They offer a wide variety of unique and stunningly beautiful pieces. In addition to the sparkle and shine - they also offer repair services. When i accidentally caught my pearl necklace on something and it broke - the ONLY place I absolutely trusted it to was Lustre. They restrung the necklace and returned it in pristine condition- even more beautiful than when I dropped it off. I cannot recommend them highly enough. You will not find a more welcoming team that offers only the very best. Thank you all.

Lustre is the perfect name for this fine jewelry store. The minute you open the door, you are taken away by opulence, brilliance and streamlined elegance. The diamonds and jewelry are displayed so well that they pop as you walk through, however so tastefully. Georgia was great to work with and when I am able to treat myself, this will be my go to in RVA. I appreciated that I needed jewelry repairs and was treated with utmost respect.
They took my mom’s wedding ring and resized it and placed a sapphire in it. They treated me so well and had me involved every step of the way. They made my engagement a breeze.
I had a wonderful experience at Lustre! Ms. Georgia was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable — her customer service was outstanding. The jewelry selection is stunning and full of unique pieces you won’t find anywhere else. They even replaced my Movado watch battery for free! My appraisal came back great, and although I decided not to sell right now, I’ll definitely be back. Outstanding customer service and gorgeous and/or unique pieces—highly recommended! You wont be disappointed. Day 2 10/30/25 — I came back today to get repairs done. First off, they remembered me and greeted me like family !! Nothing but awesomeness from there! The Holidays are coming up: treat your wife, girlfriend, significant other or yourself to something spectacular. Diamonds are a “girls best friend”!
