My first time at Lux and I will definitely return. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. My total was $115. My nail artist was Sam and he did phenomenal! My natural nails are small so most nail salons try to pressure me to get nail extensions, but Sam didn’t. He actually took his time and made sure I was satisfied with the end result. I can’t speak on the other artists. I will definitely be requesting Sam at every visit.
Mandy was amazing! I initially went in for a color change on my acrylics and when she got started she realized I needed a fill. She was so helpful and explained to me what was going on as to why my nails felt heavy with the set I had on. They used to be chunky and I wasn't a big fan of the shape, Mandy made them look BEAUTIFUL! I will absolutely be going back to see her!
Helen did an amazing job. I wanted something wintery for my wedding on Saturday on my real nails and she delivered. 100% recommend.
Would not recommend if you want to get a basic manicure. Was there for 2 hrs. Could not complete a basic manicure to save their life. Started with getting polish everywhere & when they asked if I liked it I said no, it’s smeared everywhere. Then told me it wasn’t going to be perfect. Proceeded to tell me that gel was better to try to change my decision. Went to dry & he checked them & smeared them while checking. Went to redo my nails bc of that & told me that if I would have gotten gel it would dry faster. I’m sorry, but don’t offer manicures if you can’t successfully give one.
This was my first time here. I had the volcano spa pedicure package and the dip powder manicure. I cannot remember the young guy’s name, but he took his time with my pedicure and did a great job as it has been awhile since my last pedi. I am truly satisfied with my manicure and upper lip wax - thank you Linda. It is a clean and relaxing place and people are friendly here. I would be returning for my next mani-pedi.
