This was my first ever pedicure and the service was phenomenal. Harrison was very accommodating and kind with a great personality. Walked out with a smile on my face. Highly recommend!
We have been coming to Luxecares Nails for over 10 years. It’s the “must do” on our list when we visit the St. Pete area. Harrison and his staff have always gone above and beyond to create an enjoyable, relaxing experience. We appreciate the attention to detail and immaculate cleanliness of the salon. Mary was my technician on our last visit. She took her time and attended to my nail needs. In fact, all the technicians follow the same rule of thumb. Luxe Nails sets the bar that all nail salons should strive to achieve; The Client is first.
The VERY BEST NAIL SALON ANYWHERE. Harrison is a delight always putting a smile on your face. The facilities are immaculate- the really focus on cleanliness. The staff is well trained and as pleasant as can be. Harrison has become like family - he is a special person who knows how to appreciate his clients! Head right over - you’ll be glad that you did!
I’m so happy I found this nail salon! The color choices are amazing — endless options for both gel and regular polish, with so many OPI colors (my favorite!). The pedicures are always incredible, and the price is just right for the quality you get. I never feel rushed; instead, I feel completely pampered from the moment I walk in. They always take the time to explain the options and even offer a drink, which makes the whole experience extra relaxing. Truly my favorite place to unwind and treat myself!
I never like to leave a bad review, but I have to with my experience. On 7/18 I booked for 12:30 for a removal and new acrylic full set, and let them know I needed to leave by 2pm which they said not a problem. The customer service was great upon walking in. Very welcoming, attentive and funny! It was 1pm by the time the tech removed my nails which I’ve never had it take that long for a removal. Ok, no big deal we still have a hour. During the process I had to tell the tech the nails were crooked/uneven which again, no big deal. We got to the polish part (I wanted a pink/nude with French tip). She painted my nails, I put them under the light but it just wasn’t right. Come to find out she was using regular polish rather than gel, so we had to restart the polish process. By this time I’m now late to leave. She paints them, then adds French and I have to hurry and leave. I was able to really take a look at my nails in my car and I was so unhappy with how they turned out. They were clumpy, different shapes, etc. I messaged the salon and asked if I could have at least a partial refund (I paid $88.80) because I needed to go somewhere to have them repainted/shaped. I had to follow up from no response, then they said to come back in however I don’t live in St Pete I was just there working that day. They then said they had to ask the owner and still, I’ve been offered nothing. First photos are my nails and last photo is what I asked for.
