After years of knowing the original owners I was a bit apprehensive about getting a quote to paint my car. When I arrived Nicole greeted me with a smile and Yodi was quick to grab her clip board to detail the areas that needed paint. She was a great listener, friendly and understood exactly what my goals were. Can you make it look better without a full repaint? I was skeptical because the car had major chipping. She assured me they could. It took about five more minutes and I had a quote. Not sure about these things I went to another shop for an estimate. It was much higher with a 30 day wait to get in. I confirmed my quote with Luxury on a Thursday. Left the car on Monday and picked it up Friday. In just four days they not only made it look better, they made it look brand new! They also installed new headlight assemblies and will be doing a grill swap for me. Yodi knows hers cars, where another shop owner thought I needed roof paint, Yodi noticed that the car was missing four pieces of roof molding. Shout out to Kevin and Brandon for their attention to other details as well. Especially for advising me with so many non body work decisions for my "new" car I'm so grateful for this amazing team! The quality of the shop work is amazing and the front office has a way of making you feel right at home.
This is my go to shop. The back of my car was pretty much done for. Insurance said it was a 40k repair and I only would trust Edwin and his team there to fix it. I just moved out of state and I wish they had a shop in my new city lol. Honest, dependable, fast, and they’ve always gone above and beyond for me. This is like my fourth car I’ve needed to get repaired and whether it’s a big repair of major damage (I was hit by a tractor trailer), or if it was a small accident I caused myself (I ran over a parking space barrier and made the sport kit come off my one car that sits low to the ground) they always make sure my car looks like new. On my last repair they even addressed non accident related maintenance items because I was driving the car over 1000 miles to my new city and they made sure I was good to get on the road. They didn’t have to do that. Here’s the latest pictures. I’m going to miss them! Hopefully I find someone who does as good work and is as honest as them in the future. This is a great place to get your car fixed. I got in a wreck and the tow driver was actually the one that recommended them to me. What a great recommendation indeed, because they were absolutely awesome! They fixed my car in a timely manner (about 2 and a half weeks), a shorter time than I expected, so that was great. My car looks great, and I'm grateful they took my car in, because I had already called 2 body shops and they didn't have availabilities at the time. I definitely recommend!
I give them 5 stars and they did not solicit this comment or request I give them 5 stars. They go above and beyond in an era where going above and beyond is unheard of. I came with a smashed front in and everyone has complimented my car. A man at the gas station said hey I love your car! I said yes it had a smashed front and has had body work but thank you. This business communicates, didn’t go over budget and did nice things such as detail my car that I did not ask for and did these things well. Also other shops were quoting in July they couldn’t get me in until September, my insurance company uses this shop and they had me in this month and completed the work in a timely manner.
THIS SHOP LITERALLY SAVED THE LIFE OF MY CAR . Quick story so i got into an accident a few weeks ago and originally I took it to a different body shop who not only overcharged me but they tried to sell my car unknowingly . My uncle helped me bring my car here and Edwin and His team got to work ! Not only did they service my car for a cheaper price but they had outstanding communication throughout the whole process . Nicole always answered the phone and always had an update . Edwin went beyond the standard repairs of my bumper and taillight . Take a look at the paint job !!!!!!!!!! It’s like i have a brand new car again ! IF YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR CAR IN GOOD HANDS EDWIN IS THAT MAN . LUXURY AUTO BODY SHOP LIVES UP TO THEIR NAME 100% . I will be sending all of Atlanta your way . Thank you guys again !!!!!
