Henry and Dionne are great! M7.24 completed our laundry room renovation, which was our very first renovation project. Henry provided a very fair estimate and was available throughout the process if we had any questions. Throughout the project, Henry and his team were communicative, efficient, and flexible--especially as we were trying to coordinate weekend and holiday schedules. They made our project feel as streamlined and smooth as possible, and we'll definitely contact them for future projects!
Excellent crew from start to finish - I highly recommend M 7.24 Builders. They were communicative, on time and very pleasant to have in the house during the project.
We had minor water intrusion from an exterior staircase that leads to a rooftop deck on our San Francisco home. The original stair finish was a fabric-and-latex system that wasn’t meant to be a wear surface, and over time it started to fail. After doing some research, we found Westcoat and decided their ALX™ system was the right solution. Westcoat referred us to M 7.24 Builders as a certified installer, and we couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. Enrique responded quickly, came out for measurements and photos, and had the job scheduled within just a few weeks. As the project moved forward, we added some much-needed railing repairs to the scope, which they priced fairly and handled smoothly. The crew was fantastic—professional, respectful, and incredibly clean. Since they had to bring materials through the house, I appreciated how careful they were in protecting the interior. The finished project exceeded expectations. If you need deck waterproofing or exterior work done right, I highly recommend M 7.24 Builders. They're a licensed contractor and do much more than Westcoat systems. They're knowledgeable, flexible, and resourceful—well worth considering for other construction needs as well. I'm including some before and after photos of stairs.
M7.24 completed a two-phase project for our condo building following a recent balcony inspection. Henry came out to provide estimates for each phase and helped us prioritize the various components of the work. Throughout the project, Henry and his team were communicative, efficient, and flexible—especially when it came to coordinating access to different units. They even brought in a specialized engineer to evaluate one particularly tricky area. They made a big project feel as easy and smooth as possible, and we’ll definitely look to them again in the future!
My wife and I highly recommend M 7.24 Builders. We've hired the company to do several house projects on our 1925 home, including flooring, exterior repair, and full exterior house painting. All the work done has been timely and on schedule, good quality, and quick. The workers are friendly and know what they're doing. Project leads explain the work to be done patiently, and follow up at all stages of the project to notify us of their progress. We also had a recent significant plumbing emergency, and M 7.24 was able to respond to and fix the problem immediately.
