Kira is absolutely lovely and instantly put me at ease. She did my very first wax, and as someone in my 40s, I felt completely comfortable. Her professionalism and gentle approach made the whole appointment stress-free. She is incredibly attentive, making sure everything was done perfectly. I can’t recommend her enough!
This was my first intimate wax and Courtney made it breeze. I felt super comfortable from start to finish. Such a professional at what’s she does and a very lovely person. I have also booked another two appointments to make sure I keep up with it. The salon is beautiful and I would highly recommend Madame Wax!!
Kira was the person who did my waxing and honestly, she was absolutely fabulous! I was so pleased with my experience that I’ve already booked back in with her. She made me feel completely at ease, and I normally hate waxing because of the pain — but this was quick, easy, and surprisingly minimal in pain. Highly recommend her!

An excellent experience as always 😊 it’s always a pleasure going to this friendly, welcoming salon. Adele waxed me today and I am always amazed how pain-free it is and love how flawless the end result is. We had such a lovely chat too 😊 I have been going to Madame Wax for over 5 years and seen lots of different members of their team for my wax and they are all fantastic. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for a wax - they really are the best!
