First time coming here and it was amazing! I had Logan and he was super sweet, willing to try new designs and bring your vision to life! Even gave me free cuticle oil!
I’m from Dallas and currently in Madison for work, and I was honestly nervous about finding a nail salon. When you’re used to your nail tech back home, it’s hard to trust someone new. I decided to give Madison Nails Lounge a try, and I’m glad I did! I’ve been coming here consistently since November. I’ve had my nails done by different techs, and every single one has done a great job. The quality of work is very consistent, and my nails always come out looking amazing. Because of that, this has truly become my nail salon away from home. The only area I think could be improved is customer service. The techs tend to work quickly and don’t engage in much conversation. They aren’t unfriendly, but a little small talk like “How’s your day?” or “Thank you for coming” would go a long way. That said, I personally don’t mind much conversation, and the quality of their work is what matters most to me. Overall, I still give them 5 stars because they do an amazing job on my hands every time, and that’s hard to find when you’re away from home.
I have mixed feelings about this place. The older lady charged me over $100 for a very basic nail design set. The result looked average and lower quality than expected for that price. My second visit was amazing. I forgot his name, but the guy who did my nails (shown in the photo) rocked them. He was so fast, the design looked great, and my nails lasted almost two months now with no issues.
Fong gave my my the most beautiful nails!! She was so sweet and I had a wonderful time with her, 10/10 I will be back to see her soon!!
This is my first nail experience since being a student at UW Madison and I would have to say it has been my best nail experience yet. My nail tech, Charli, was so nice and willing to work with me even when I messed up and didn’t get my thumb in the UV light (i’m so sorry, Charli). She was so nice and my nails are such high-quality. I truly love them. Will definitely be back.
