Fantastic, above and beyond service! I live out of state and needed flowers for a family members funeral. Michelle made sure all the details were correct, delivered them timely and texted me a picture of the arrangement. Absolutely beautiful bouquet with loads of flowers! Outstanding same-day delivery with a wonderful bouquet. It was a very nice assortment of budding and bloomed flowers. I will definitely choose Mae's the next time that I buy flowers. Update: 12 days later and the last of the buds are opening. Most of the flowers have faded, of course, but a few are hanging on. We've moved them to a much smaller vase but still have a very nice little bouquet even after so much time. This is a first.
On Monday, December 23rd, I had flowers sent to me by a family member. We live in an apartment complex. My daughter and I had come home from Christmas shopping and noticed an older man standing outside of our building with flowers on top of the electrical box. My daughter made a comment “pretty flowers” and we came inside. We left our apartment about 20 mins later and the man was still standing outside. We left to do last minute Christmas shopping and came home 3-4 hours later. The flowers were sitting in the same spot on the electrical box. My daughter went over to them to look and noticed that the card had my name on it. I live on the second floor. These flowers were never “delivered to my door”. As, someone was home if delivery had been attempted. Left in a random spot for hours, could have been stolen. Also a cool day. The flowers have since started to wilt and die. I reached out to the company with absolutely no real sincerity. I was advised that they contract drivers and it basically had to be verified that this is what happened. There was zero accountability from the person that called me back with no name given, just “this is Mae’s flowers”. This was a Christmas gift that cost upwards of $60 and I got to enjoy them for maybe 2 days before the wilting. This is absolutely unacceptable! If you’re going to “contract” your drivers then you also need to take accountability for them not doing what they are supposed to in the contract!!!! ***EDIT*** The fact that the owner reached out via Google review and said to contact them “to make this issue right” but refuses to answer the phone and will not call me back, speaks volumes!!! This place doesn’t care about their customers at all!!!! Shame on you!!
I don't recommend coming here. I placed an order and it was delivered ahead of time. no warning about delivery. As a result, the flowers withered! Instead of a gift they received a negative!! The store has a small selection, everything is very cheap. the response to the complaint shows the attitude towards customers 👍 thanks for the standard answer. and also, I called you! Moreover, I was with you today
Mark Anthony was our florist for my husband and I's wedding on June 2, 2019. He absolutely blew our minds with the work he did; he went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. The floral arrangements he created for our wedding were just stunning. He took the theme of our wedding and created the most extraordinary arrangements I have ever seen. He helped create the wedding of our dreams. Countless people have told us that the flowers at our wedding were the most beautiful they have ever seen. Mark Anthony excels at what he does; we had the best experience working with him. He is very knowledgeable, visionary, dedicated, and talented. He is very down to earth, fun, and easy to work with. His attention to detail was evident in every single aspect.
