A few days after Christmas, there was an unfortunate spill involving coconut milk soup in my car. It had soaked through the passenger seat and left some really bad stains. There was even a distinct smell of coconut that lingered afterwards. Needless to say, I really needed to get this mess cleaned. I initially found a car wash/detailing service just a block away from my house... But their pieces were outrageous. $450 just so they could include steam cleaning the seats is crazy work. Fortunately, I found Majesty. I called ahead to see if they do walk-ins (they do!). The woman I spoke to on the phone was kind and professional. I told them I would be there within the hour. The owner, Dave, greeted me warmly when I arrived. I showed him the spill and asked him how much it would be. Now, outside of the spill, my car has been needing some overall cleaning both in the interior and exterior. Dave showed me the package pricing and told me they would take care of everything. I dropped off the car and went home. A few hours later, my car was ready to be picked up. As you can see on the photos, Dave and his team did an incredible job. My car looks and smells brand new!! And the pricing was much more reasonable than the first place I found. One important thing to note: Dave had asked me if I wanted a specific add-on, but it was not within my budget so I declined. Dave respected my decision and did not try to pressure me which I really appreciate!! I will definitely come back here the next time my car needs a thorough clean.
Majesty did an amazing job on my car! The owner Dave is extremely kind and he works right alongside his team to put in exceptional work. I take great pride in my car and Majesty did the same. They treated my car with the upmost respect and did a thorough job on the exterior wash and interior clean! It was worth the price! You truly get what you pay for and is refreshing to see owners who are professional and stand behind their product and business. When I came there was a line of quite a few cars so I knew I was in the right place! I will definitely be back! Thanks Dave and Team!
This was my first experience getting my car detailed and after months of putting it off, I only wish I did it sooner. My car came back like new, and they did a great and detailed job on the cars interior. I appreciated how friendly and responsive their team was to my concerns, they had great customer service. It was easy to drop off the car and work from a cafe nearby until it was ready. And the price was great compared to other options.
This place does an incredible job! The before photos don’t do justice to how dirty my car was when I arrived, and the after photos don’t do justice to how clean it is now. Highly recommend!
