I was nervous at first because I didn’t know what to expect. It was such a great experience. I felt so relaxed and Erika is so kind and personable. Definitely recommend Mama’s Acupuncture!

I have been going to see Erika for acupuncture weekly since being diagnosed with a variation of pcos and following a fertility plan. I can already feel the difference and leave her sessions feeling so much better!

Erika is the most genuine and professional person. She is a true artist when it comes to facial treatments and general acupuncture. Deepest feeling of relaxation and rejuvenation after her treatments. I’ve been going to her for years and would never go anywhere else!

Erika has helped me so much in my hypothalamic amenorrhea recovery! She has provided insight into how to get my hormones back on track and has helped me get my first period after 2.5 years. She is super sweet and intelligent, and I always leave feeling “new.” Couldn’t recommend her enough.

Erika is, without question, the best acupuncturist in the DFW area. I came to her during one of the darkest chapters of my life - trapped in a relentless migraine cycle that lasted nearly 9 months. On top of that, with all the physical stress my body was going through, my menstrual cycle had completely shut down unless I “forced” it with vitamins. From the moment I walked into her office, Erika made it clear she was committed to helping me heal. After just two sessions, my migraine cycle finally broke, and my period returned on its own. After just a few sessions, my daily migraines eased into mild headaches, and eventually, the pain stopped altogether. I’m now down to just one migraine a month with the severity and duration being nothing compared to what I was experiencing for all those months. And as if that wasn’t enough of a miracle, my cycle is finally starting to regulate on its own too. Erika is not only incredibly knowledgeable, she’s deeply compassionate and genuinely invested in her patients’ well-being. She goes above and beyond for her patients. Her care is personal, intentional and rare. If you feel like you’ve exhausted all options for migraine relief or are tired of the daily migraine medications, do yourself a favor and go to Mama’s. To say Erika changed my life would be an understatement.
