I was so nervous leading up to my first-ever wax, but Lisa immediately put all my fears to rest. She was absolutely fantastic, professional, yet so warm and easygoing. She explained every step, checked in constantly, and made me feel genuinely relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The whole vibe felt so personal and caring, which is exactly what I was hoping for, and definitely a step above the big, impersonal chains. Knowing I was supporting an independent, skilled waxing specialist like Lisa made the whole experience feel even better. I had my first appointment with Lisa today and it will not be my only one! I found the salon online and saw all the glowing reviews, decided to visit for myself and I can verify that everyone is correct. Lisa is so friendly, warm, and welcoming. Her salon is warm, clean, and inviting. I hadn’t had a wax for a long time (2 months) and that was elsewhere but I wanted to try somewhere else to get a perfect finish, and I’m so glad I found Lisa. She did such a neat, clean, and professional job and I am very happy. You won’t be disappointed. She is an amazing wax therapist and I’m happy to say I’ve found someone I will be going to regularly!
I recently had my first ever Hollywood wax, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! As a first-timer, I was incredibly nervous, but Lisa's warmth and professionalism immediately put me at ease. The salon's clean and inviting atmosphere also contributed to my comfort. Lisa was incredibly skilled and meticulous in her work, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. Not only is she excellent at what she does, but she was so lovely to chat to and made the time go by fast. As a pregnant person I was particularly concerned about my comfort but Lisa was incredibly accommodating and took the care to make sure I was comfortable and even added some additional time to the appointment to make sure I was relaxed and at ease. I've already noticed the fantastic results, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for an exceptional waxing experience. In fact, I've already booked my next appointment and can't wait to return!
