Jade was excellent listened to what I wanted and gave me a great cut. Salon is on third floor of the strand arcade which was a little tricky to find initially. Lovely clean salon.
This was my first time coming to Manipulate and everything was fine until I received my final bill. I booked online and booked for a colour which I thought would include my hair been done at the end which was $180, but I was charged an additional $85 at the salon for my blow-dry and was not told about the additional costing. So the total came to $265 and that was not what I was expecting at all. I had budgeted for $180. This is why I don't like to book online for things. But apart from that it was a good experience. My hair however does look great I must say.
Really happy with my textured long bob haircut by Paul. The whole team was really friendly and the salon was relaxing. Paul paid very close attention to detail and is clearly very skilled and has extensive experience. Will definitely visit again.
Giovanna helped me so much after another salon had messed up my hair a few weeks earlier. She gave me a perfect color correction and finally the haircut I actually wanted and needed. I had a great time, felt completely taken care of, and honestly couldn’t recommend them more.
Giovanna and Paul were amazing! Went in because of a botched colouring I got overseas, and not only did they make it clear that preserving my hair health was their top priority from the beginning, they were so warm and empathetic. Giovanna went to work on this colour job and not only fixed it but completely redefined the look exactly how I had wanted it in the first place. Thank you so much!
