The staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I need a repair to my engagement ring and they advised me on the best options and kept me informed throughout the repair process. When I went to collect my ring, it was absolutely beautiful - the repair is perfect and my ring makes me feel like I've just got engaged all over again. Thank you. Amazing. Just amazing! I got my engagement ring resized with these ladies and they were fantastic from start to finish. Walked me through the risks (I have an emerald on my ring) and how long the process would be. When I went to pick it up they double checked everything again with me and were so so lovely as I fangirled about finally having my engagement ring on the right finger! Honestly cannot recommend them more for resizing, bespoke jewellery and everything else! Thank you!!
Very disappointed. Brought a ring in for a repair, was quoted an amount and told that if any extra work needed to be done upon closer inspection I would be contacted and notified of the new cost. 4 weeks pass, I hear nothing until I'm left a voicemail saying the ring is ready to collect. Upon collecting we're then told that more work has been done then requested and the price will now be double what was quoted. When this was queried as we werent notifiied, the reaction was basically 'tough, its done now so you have to pay'. If we had been told in advance about the extra work I would have asked to be given the ring back so that we could save for the new cost, as it was much higher then we had budgeted for. Now we've got to try to scrape by as they couldnt communicate with us even slightly and just expected us to magic extra money out of thin air. We're all in the middle of a cost of living crisis, with folk barely being able to pay their bills and this is how their company operates? Disgusting
