Had my first massage to kick off the new year with Katrina. She was absolutely amazing. I came in with a pulled muscle in my left hip and after my 75 minutes session, it was all better.
Went here for the first time because it is one of the few places in Sacramento with a TMJ specific treatment and can easily say I'll be returning. I have done everything short of botox to stop my teeth grinding and this was the first thing that truly made an immediate difference. The process in intense but Katrina was professional and attentive, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Also there is a parking lot!
Katrina is a miracle worker. Her work is intentional and effective. I went in for my first TMJ massage, and I left with such relief. No clenching my teeth on my way home, my jaw felt aligned, and the knots normally in my jaw were gone! I will absolutely be back. Also extra convenient that she has a parking lot, which is rare for a business in midtown.
I suffer with TMJ and a condition that causes hypermobility; it creates endless issues with my posture, which in turn causes a great deal of neck pain, occasional headaches, and TMJ. Katrina really listened to my concerns and even did some research on my condition ahead of time which was very kind! I booked a regular massage + TMJ massage and felt so much RELIEF afterwards. Highly highly recommend her!!
Katrina was warm and welcoming, her massage was gentle with firm consistent pressure. Will definitely be booking regular appointments with Katrina again.
