I recently had my car repaired after a accident, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, Elliott and Hayley was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience surprisingly smooth. The quality of the repair work is excellent my car looks brand new. The paintwork matches perfectly, the panels sit exactly as they should, and there’s absolutely no sign it was ever damaged. Overall, fantastic workmanship and great customer service. Highly recommend to anyone needing reliable smash repairs.

When a kangaroo decided to jump right in the front of my car, leave it's mark and hop off without leaving details I knew I was in for some costly repairs, being comprehensively insured helps, but it's a tedious process. When they sent me a list of repairers, first thing I did as google their reviews and they didn't sound promising, but I thought, just see what they had to say in person, so I went with my partner to get the car assessed and without even having a close look this other repairer saw $$$, first question he ask what my excess was, suddenly all these costs started appearing, which I knew was garbage, he started pulling things trying to see how long until it would snap till it made his point. In my industry I travel long distances in rough conditions, so when he started to pull the radiator card, I knew he was not the repairer for this job, as it was early morning over three hours away from home where it happened, and I was still able to safely, drive it around for a day's work and make the three hour journey home without it overheating once, I knew he was just looking for a payout and would purposely damage my vehicle to keep lining his pocket with my insurance payment, I was polite and left as quickly as possible. We actively started looking asking friends for recommendations and a mate said they heard of this place called Marty's, it was local and close by, and it's reviews showed a stellar reputation, so my partner and I put them to the test, Elliot was gracious and informative with his recommendation, my partner grilled him a bit, but Elliot didn't waver, what won us over is that he won't touch the vehicle, unless it will be done properly, that open honest confidence in his ability and the care he has for his customers and the want to do a good job is the reason he opened his own business to escape the corruption of insurance scamming, he believes in integrity over ill-gotten profit, and that is why we made a call to our insurance to approve an assessment and quote as soon as we got home, wasn't long till we got the approval and our repair date, Hayley kept me well informed and Elliot delivered an amazing result, my vehicle looked good as new, even straightened up the number plate.
