Good massage. Poor customer service skills from front desk and manager regarding honoring a gift card for which I had the receipt. Totally negated the whole massage experience. Will not be back.
Got a call 15 mins prior to my appointment telling me my massage therapist was stuck in traffic on 75, which was funny because I was on 75 driving from Richmond and there was no traffic going north or south. Regardless if they were coming from a different part of 75 from another city near Lexington, unless they were already running late there was no way 15 minutes would’ve gave them enough time to make it regardless if there was a wreck or not.The person who called said that they could push me back later that day before she actually checked and then proceeds to check and tells me that there was no more appointments available for the day and I could come back at another date. The fact that they called 15 mins prior to my appointment is truly unacceptable as well as overpromising before knowing what they were actually able to do and then to top it off no offer of a free or discounted service which would’ve made up for something, especially because if I had to cancel last minute I would’ve been charged for it. However, I got a “Thanks for making this easy”. No actually, I’m 39 wks pregnant and very upset that I got out of my bed and drove from Richmond to Lexington for nothing at 9am.
This used to be the only place to go for a great massage. Now under new ownership and management, they are pretty bad. The turnover of staff is ridiculous and the manager I met was kind of rude. At this time, my wife has stopped going there, my sister-in-law stopped going, and finally, I have stopped going. Wherever the old owner, Pierce, is I hope he never finds out how the business he builds is now failing to meet even basic requests of its long time clientele.

Awesome experience! The one hour massage was seamless and absolutely wonderful. I walked out of the session refreshed, relaxed and free of pain. From the front desk greeting to the checkout, we left wishing for another visit soon. The location is easily accessible with lots of available parking. When on Naples, this will be another stop on the schedule!
