Eleanor is the best masseuse I've ever had. I've been going to her for several years & she's very attentive to your needs & adjusts her pressure if needed but always relaxes me as well.
Had a great experience with Sarah, and the other colleagues were very convivial as I was learning more about the methodologies regarding massage for the body. She brought a very holistic but insightful approach. Definitely will go back- 💎💨
I want to share my experience so others can make an informed decision before signing a long-term contract with them. In early December, I came in for a massage and was encouraged to sign a one-year membership. I specifically asked if there was a Massage Envy location in Asheboro, because I was moving there on December 15th and would not be able to return to Greensboro regularly. I was told not to worry about it, that Massage Envy has locations “in lots of places.” Before my move, I came in again and asked a second time about a location near where I would be living. I was again told yes, but no address was provided. After moving, I found out there is no Massage Envy in Asheboro, meaning I am now locked into an $85/month, one-year contract for a location I realistically cannot access. When I called to discuss this, the response was defensive, and I was told they could not identify the staff member who signed me up. I was also told my frustration was not understood, despite the fact that I raised this concern before signing and again before moving. I accept responsibility for trusting what I was told, but I believe customers should receive accurate information when being asked to commit to a long-term agreement. I would strongly encourage anyone considering a membership to verify locations themselves before signing, and to actually read through the contract. Don’t trust the word of the employee. Outside of the contract, my experiences receiving the massages were great and I have zero complaints about that.
It was my first time coming here, got a full body deep tissue massage and Tiffany really made it such an amazing experience for me! Also loved the aromatherapy as well(Lavender scent). Please book with Tiffany, she’s very hospitable and will make sure you’re comfortable based off your needs!! She really relieved most of the tension and stress I had, it was so worth it! 10/10
The massage was excellent a woman named Tiffany did it and she did exactly what I needed her to do and I feel so much better after going to her. But what I didn't like was I feel like I didn't get my moneys worth I was there on time And I understand That they are very busy, but when I got there, the women were chatting and talking about flowers, cool but there was only one woman up there at the time that could check people in, but the person in front of me was trying to get her next appointment scheduled and that took quite a few mins after that I proceeded to go with Tiffany . After, Tiffany told me that the massage would end at the top of the hour. So for me...It's a little frustrating when I'm not getting the $85 worth of 60 minutes .simple. So when you come here even if you're on time or early and if someone or something permits you from being on time, even if it's them be prepared to not get your full 60 minutes other than that everything was clean and the ambience was great. I just personally wont be returning or at least to that one.
