I was referred here by several jewellery stores to have my too small rings to cut off. They were professional, fast, and extremely reasonably priced.

She has a genuine way of making customers feel heard, respected, and cared for, which is something you don’t come across often anymore. Her dedication and strong work ethic truly shine through in everything she does. I personally experienced her outstanding service when I had an issue with my gold bracelet. I was feeling stressed and unsure about what could be done, but Ikram took the time to listen patiently and fully understand my concern. She showed so much empathy and reassurance, explaining everything clearly and calmly. Instead of brushing the issue aside, she went above and beyond to find a solution that worked for me. Thanks to her effort, attention to detail, and commitment to helping, the situation was resolved smoothly and left me feeling extremely satisfied and relieved. Ikram’s problem-solving skills, compassion, and willingness to go the extra mile truly make her stand out. So far I’ve got gold chain, studs, and diamond huggies — love them all! They have beautiful classic Solid Gold and Natural Diamond pieces that last forever, perfect for everyday wear! Very nice prices and super friendly family services. Highly recommend!
FRAUD alert!!!! These people are scammers. Do not waste your money here. Once you pay the money, consider it gone forever. Do not expect any customer service. Customer satisfaction does not mean anything here. I went there with my friend who got a bangle but it damaged her skin. The owner, Farook’s response was literally “why did you buy this? It’s your fault.” I can’t believe his audacity. Instead of apologizing and offering her something else, he told her why she bought it.
