Easy to create a profile for my dog and book appointments online. Always able to get appointments quickly and the reception staff, nurses and vets I have dealt with have all been lovely. I have a rescue greyhound so I was very particular about where to take her and they have experience and know the intricacies of the breed.
Incredible team - very kind, patient and great with anxious dogs. Our dog doesn't usually handle vet visits very well, but Dr Nigel was incredible with her and figured out a comfortable way to give her a vaccination. So impressed!
A heartfelt thank you to Dr Callan and the wonderful staff at Mayfield Veterinary Hospital for the ongoing care given to our late 15 year old staffy, Ace. The gentleness and attention given to Ace at every visit meant so much to our family. We will be forever grateful for the dignity and love always shown towards our beautiful boy. A special thank you also to Britt and Daisy for always showing warmth and kindness, whether it was over the phone or in person. You ladies are both amazing and have helped bring comfort to our family during this difficult time. 💙🐾
Want a great veterinary hospital we found and this is definitely my choice of place to go to as we have been going here for 9 years now and all the vet specialists doctors are great. I have also had excellent staff front from desk right through to all the nurses who perform their duties well. I would definitely recommend this practice for anyone needing pet care. My Dog Maggie loves the car she gets and friendly veterinarians that treat her for her checkups. We all take our two stay cat Bonnie and Chelsea who were left in a cardboard box in a park not far from this practice who were then taken on by Mayfield Community Cats. We then decided to adopt them and they now have been a part of our home since. They love Maggie too!
Julie was wonderful! Our little Maggie showered her in licks & kisses. Julie was very professional, explaining everything in a way we could understand. A very stress less experience for us & especially for Maggie.
