My chicken sandwich was under cooked and rubbery I told him I wanted my money back. They made me another sandwich. Then I asked for my money back again and the manager said that I made the sandwich is nothing wrong with it.
Came in to pick up my mobile order. They refused to give me my food because I canceled my order. Yet on my app it showed the provide code at drive through screen. And if anyone knows the app, you can't cancel the order unless you call. Didn't offer to give me my money back or to refund the points I used on this order. Just trying to show me a picture saying its canceled on there end. Well tell that to my bank account and the app that shows not long after I left that the cashed out my order because I got a notification asking for feedback on my recent order. Just a bunch of lazy workers who dont wanna do there jobs because it's close to closing time. Update. No one ever called me back on this issue after leaving multiple messages. Was in a hurry tonight and need to grab a quick bite. So decided to try to order here and give it another chance. These people are so lazy they turned off the online ordering when they clearly have a hour til they close. I took a screen shot of the message I get when trying to put a order in. Sad and poor customer service.
This McDonald’s is hands down the best fast food establishment I’ve ever experienced. The staff is efficient, friendly, and consistently go above and beyond. The food is always fresh, the restaurant is spotless, and the service is unbelievably fast — even during the busiest times. It’s clear the management here runs a tight ship. Whoever is in charge deserves a raise tenfold. I’ve never been so impressed by a McDonald’s (or any fast food place, for that matter) in my life. They set the gold standard for what every McDonald’s should strive to be. We've even started coming here and dining inside, its really that great! If I could give more than five stars, I would.
Best mc in town. The tables even had flowers on them !!?? Really nice and clean
Unbelievable but true, They gave me a burned bagel and dry, Today Sep. 26 at 8:40am I ordered no egg, no cheese but I didn't get the onions ALL WRONG!
